BEEF:  $85.00 plus 77 cents/lb. on carcass wt.

SWINE:  $65.00 plus 77 cents/lb. on carcass wt.

In addition, smoking and curing charge is $13.00

for each ham or bacon.

LAMB & GOAT:  $92.00 total

 

Everything double wrapped except hamburger and sausage.

Additional charges for special cutting & wrapping.

Individual Pick-up

Animals purchased for home use may be picked up by individuals on Sunday evening between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.  Animals cannot be picked up without sales agreement.

NOT AVAILABLE FOR GRAND AND RESERVE CHAMPION ANIMALS.

Donated Animals Options Include:

1.  Donate animal to be processed for organization’s use (you are responsible for the expenses and arrangements for the slaughter, cutting instructions, and delivery of the meat).

 

2.  Have animal sold to packer with the proceeds sent to the organization of your choice.
